Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before getting started. Can't find your answer? Just call us.
We serve all of Union County including Monroe, Waxhaw, Weddington, Indian Trail, Stallings, Marvin, and Matthews. If you're not sure whether you're in our service area, just give us a call and we'll confirm within minutes.
Weekly maintenance starts at $60 per cleaning. Most customers schedule weekly service, though we also offer bi-weekly plans and extra cleanings around holidays or vacations. The exact price depends on your pool's size, type (chlorine vs. salt), and condition, and all plans are offered with no long-term commitment. We provide a firm written quote after a free on-site assessment, no surprises on your first bill.
Not at all. As long as we have gate access to the pool and equipment pad, we'll complete the full service and send you a detailed report with photos the same day. Most of our customers are away at work during their visits.
Every visit includes surface skimming, wall and step brushing, vacuuming the floor, emptying all baskets, testing and balancing water chemistry, and a brief equipment inspection. You receive a written service report after each visit.
Yes, all standard chemicals (chlorine, muriatic acid, soda ash, and basic algaecide) are included in your per-cleaning price. Specialty treatments like heavy phosphate removal or black algae treatment may cost extra, but we always ask before proceeding.
We call within 2 business hours of receiving your request, then schedule a free on-site assessment. Most new customers have their first service visit within 3–5 days of that assessment.
We can transition you anytime, even mid-season. We'll assess your pool's current condition and take it from there. Switching is easy, many of our customers came to us after being let down by a previous provider.
For a standard weekly service, it's typically safe to swim 1–2 hours after we finish, once chemicals have circulated. If we perform a heavy shock treatment, we'll leave a note specifying the recommended wait time.
Both. We offer standalone pool openings, winterizations, and filter cleanings as one-time visits. Ongoing maintenance is priced per cleaning on whatever schedule you prefer (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.), with no long-term contracts or commitment required.
