Welcome to Clear Current Pool Cleaning. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Agreement

Clear Current Pool Cleaning provides pool maintenance, chemical balancing, filter cleaning, and seasonal pool opening/closing services. Specific terms of service, including pricing and schedules, will be detailed in a written agreement provided after a free on-site assessment.

2. Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool and pool equipment on scheduled service days. Please ensure all pets are secured inside the home during our visit for the safety of both the pets and our technicians.

3. Payments and Billing

Monthly service plans are billed on a recurring basis. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend service if payments are not received in a timely manner.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly service plan at any time with a 15-day written notice. For one-time services, we request a 48-hour cancellation notice.

5. Liability

Clear Current Pool Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or surrounding property. We take the utmost care during our services, but normal wear and tear of pool equipment is the responsibility of the homeowner.
